TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

By purchasing from us, you AGREE to our Terms and Conditions for your transaction as outlined below with links to additional information, and also the Warranty for product sold on this web site as provided by the manufacturer.

 

Payment:

We use Paypal exclusively for our payment processing. Simply click on the ADD TO CART button to the right of the color of item you want.  Once you have pressed this button, you will be taken to another page with the Paypal logo. We accept all major credit cards, bank cards and eChecks.  Some bank (debit) cards and eChecks must clear before your order will be released, especially eChecks which can take up to 5 business days to clear. If your order will be delayed for processing or any other reason, we will contact you via email. If we are close to the holiday season, please note that product will be in high demand and inventory can run out. We are not responsible for delays in your payment - if you want to insure your order processes immediately, please use a major credit card.

 

All orders are shipped to BILLING addresses only. The BILLING and SHIPPING address must match. There are NO exceptions!  This is for your protection and to guard against credit card fraud.

 

Please note that your Paypal payment will be processed under the name of Unicom Computer Services. Paypal has over 150 million members worldwide, and is the largest transaction service online. You can purchase in confidence using Paypal for your online transactions.

 

Sales Tax: If you reside in Ohio, you will be charged 7% state sales tax.

 

Warranty

See individual products for their specific warranty period and click here for complete warranty information. Warranty covers replacement only, and is at the manufacturer’s discretion as to what to replace if defective.  Extended warranties may be available, and will be included in product listings. It is your responsibility to understand the warranty and terms of sale, and by purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

Technical Support

All product comes with lifetime technical support.  Support is provided by creating a ‘ticket’ via an online form. Once you have created a ticket and submitted it, you will be contacted by a knowledgeable technician. If you request phone support, please include that in your ticket, and someone will contact you.  Be sure you are available to take the call. Shipping

For information on how your product is shipped, click here.  This includes shipments by standard ground via DHL and FedEx, plus larger shipments by carriers (land truck on pallet).  We offer pick up at terminal for truck shipments and you save $50.00, but you must contact us BEFORE SHIPMENT for approval.  Any shipment outside the U.S. 48 states requires special consideration. See below and click here.  

Canada - Specific models have been approved for shipment to Canada. See our home page for details.

 

Shipping outside of United States and Canada

We will consider shipments outside the United States and Canada under the following conditions:

1) Payment is by Money Order or Certified Check drawn upon U.S. Bank only, and must be traceable. For fast transactions, we may accept money transfer to our bank. You will be responsible for any bank fees.

2) We will not extend any ‘specials’ that might be posted on our web site, to include special discounts, rebates, exclusive offers, etc.

3) Payment must clear our bank before order will be processed. This can take up to 30 days.

4) If payment is not accepted, we will return your payment and order will be canceled.

5) Repairs and replacement parts: Defective part(s) must be returned to manufacturer located in the United States during the warranty period prepaid, and any replacement parts will be shipped to you at your expense. There may be exceptions to Canada.

6) Our decision is final.

7) Any Scooters, Mopeds and ATVs that are not allowed in your country because of import laws disallowing specific gas or electrical powered devices to be imported in your country is your responsibility. Any product refused and returned to us will be charge all applicable cancellation fees currently assessed, plus a 10% service fee.
